Yes, it is true. I am running for Mayor of New York City as the Libertarian candidate. We need money to run this campaign. OK, so now I sound like a politician, but I am just a real person wanting to make a difference politically!

I want to build a NEW New York City. The only way I have a chance to beat the Democrat and Republican Party candidates is to be able to have an effective advertising campaign and that costs money - a lot of money in New York City.

But this is more than a New York issue. Next to a Presidential election the race for the Mayor of New York City gets more national media coverage than any other American election. If a non-politician can win in New York City then it means that we the people can take back the power from our politicians and government.
